Donna helped us make our very first home purchase, and at the time I was really impressed by how she could be tremendously supportive but still somehow made us feel like we were real estate geniuses and it was all us making brilliant decisions. ;) She holds your hand but doesn't drag you around so you feel like you are really in control of the process, but not so much that you are afraid you're making a mistake. When we outgrew our townhome, we called Donna back and she walked us through the wonderful experience of selling our home at the right time for the right price, and finding a new home in our price range that we adored. I love how Donna is social media savvy and also a great people person who makes connections everywhere she goes. When we started on the crazy ride of buying a house in the spring of 2016, she was a tremendous asset to the offer process. The selling realtors either already knew Donna and loved her, or had just met her and adored her already. They all mentioned how smart and organized she was the phrase we heard most often is 'really great to work with.' She comes across as personable and friendly but she's also I can't think of a nice sounding word that means mama-bear-bulldog, but that's what she is. We didn't worry for a second that we were overpaying or looking in the wrong area, and when you're buying your first 'real' house, that's a huge deal. All I wanted was a yard where my little girls could pick cherry tomatoes right off the plant and my dog could chase sticks again. Donna made sure we got that, and then some :) Thanks Donna!!
